The Gulf Restoration Network needs our support

Thanks to fellow etsy Visual Arts Street team member Sherry Dole

who is donating 20 % of the sales for her giclee print "Welcome Back"

to the cause, for making me aware of the Network.

Posting a few painting photos from earlier this year for no particular reason.
I like the lighting and texture visible in this one.

The Killer Wore Orange (updated)

The title: "The Killer Wore Orange" reflects my love for late 1960s/early 1970s Italian "Giallo"" films; ornate, high chroma stylized thrillers which tend to have a heightened sense of colour and shape, labyrinthine plots and wonderfully intriguing, elaborate or bizarre titles.

Support: Canson Figueras multilayered, sized canvas paper.
Dimensions: 56 x 42 cm, or 22 and 1/8 x 16 and 5/8 inches.
Work date: April 29th 2010.

New painting, "Glimpse"
